Cat completed her undergraduate and Doctor of Physical Therapy degrees at Ithaca College in an accelerated program, graduating with honors in 2013. While at Ithaca, Cat played field hockey. She grew up playing sports and could not imagine her life without them. Cat always enjoyed distance running and excelled at the conditioning aspects of training and practice, so it was a natural continuation to turn to distance running after college.

Cat believes in a comprehensive approach to PT. She gets into the details of current and past injuries, biomechanics, training, and lifestyle to get to the bottom of why an injury has occurred. Cat wants her clients to learn all of the tools they need to work towards their goals and avoid injury.

She has certifications in strength and conditioning as well as extensive education in manual therapy techniques.

Cat’s favorite distance to race is the half marathon, and she has surprised herself by liking the 5k more and more. She’s run the NYC marathon and plans to return to the marathon distance!
